10cff3f1fa Pin @types/node to ^24 in socket-mode to match runtime 
Dependabot proposed @types/node 22->25 (#55); 25 is odd/non-LTS and not a
Lambda/Node runtime here. Pin to ^24 to track the actual runtime per the
house rule (see dependabot-triage notes).
