Adds rustdesk-admin.int.seahaven.com -> instance private IP (10.20.10.147) so the VPN-only Pro admin console (port 21114) is reachable by name instead of the raw IP. The public rustdesk.seahaven.com stays pointed at the relay EIP.

Diff is a single Route53 RecordSet + a CfnOutput; no other resources change.
