Summary

Migrates the CDK app runner from ts-node to tsx so TypeScript 7 can be adopted. ts-node 10.x is incompatible with the TS7 compiler API — cdk synth fails with "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'fileExists')". Mirrors the org's sh-mcp setup.

Changes

cdk.json: app command npx ts-node bin/app.ts -> npx tsx bin/app.ts (bin path unchanged)
package.json: add tsx pinned to 4.23.0 (same as sh-mcp); bump typescript ~6.0.3 -> ~7.0.2
package-lock.json: regenerated

ts-node was never a real devDependency here — it was only ever npx-installed, so nothing to remove from devDependencies.

Verification

npx cdk synth --quiet — exit 0
npm run build (tsc) — exit 0
npm audit — 0 vulnerabilities
pre-push security scanners — RESULT: PASS
