Summary

Batches the template-discovery grep in review.sh --scanners-only so it stops overflowing argv on the monorepo.

Notes

Replaces #51, which GitHub auto-closed when its original base branch (feat/ws-activation-wiring) was deleted during the PR cleanup. Single commit, rebased onto main.
