First changes after transferring the repo into the org. Brings it onto Sea Haven GitHub conventions.

CI — reuse, don't inline. Replaces the inlined workflow with thin callers of the org reusable workflows in Sea-Haven-Industries/.github:

  • ci.yaml → ci-python-app.yaml@main (new reusable, added in .github#62) with subproject-dir: agent-team. Runs ruff lint/format + conventions, a root pytest --collect-only (the root suite's live run needs API keys, so CI verifies imports resolve), and the self-contained agent-team/ suite in its own dir. Emits the org-required ci / ci.
  • dependency-review.yml → callable-dependency-review.yaml@main
  • labeler.yml → callable-labeler.yaml@main (all three permissions)

Dependabot: .github/dependabot.yml — pip + github-actions, weekly, grouped minor/patch.

Repo settings (applied out-of-band): org-standard label set + python; description + topics (python, internal-tool, ai, langgraph, llm).

CODEOWNERS / PR template / issue templates are inherited from the org .github repo. No deploy workflow (orchestrator runs locally, not on AWS).
