We need a role that allows for creating and editing suppliers, and creating and editing invoices.

Roles are now added with permissions to Read, Create and Update Suppliers and Invoices

To enable:

  • Go to Users and select which user to set role
  • Click Roles & Permissions tab inside the selected User
  • Under Roles check Portal User

  • Under Allow Modules click of Module Profile and select Supplier Portal

  • click save and the user should now be able to see just Invoices and Suppliers doctype
