Fix bundled app failing to find Chromium browser

Browse source 
Set PLAYWRIGHT_BROWSERS_PATH to ~/Library/Caches/ms-playwright/ so the
PyInstaller .app uses the system-wide browser cache instead of looking
inside its own bundle.
