Arthur Bassi cfcf6fa8f0 fix(work-orders): persist completedDate without legacy GetWorkorderById 
Save Draft failed on GetWorkorderById (HTTP 400) before EditWorkorder.
Post only Id + CompletedDate and cover the EditWorkorder route contract.
