2477bcf5a6 Add user dropdown menu and notification panel to topbar 
- Click user section to open dropdown with profile, settings, password, sign out
- Shows user avatar, name, and email in dropdown header
- Click notification bell to open panel showing empty state
- Both use portal-rendered dropdowns, close on outside click
- Removed standalone logout button, moved into user dropdown

11e3d3d31f Redesign top header bar 
- Remove search box from topbar (search is now on list pages)
- Clean notification bell icon
- User avatar with initials, name, and role displayed
- Divider between notifications and user section
- Logout as subtle icon button instead of red inline-styled button
- Remove inline styles, all styling via CSS classes
