fix(work-orders): refresh CompDoc on Generate failure and drop EditWorkorder date helper

Invalidate board/location queries when Save Draft or Generate fails so partial
prerequisite writes stay authoritative, and remove the unused CompDoc
mapCompletedDateUpdateFormData EditWorkorder helper.
