Alexandre Brandizzi b545d4a4fe feat(work-orders): add Overdue work order type ... Overdue (8) is a dispatcher-assigned type, separate from the derived past-due overlay. It takes no severity, resolves services and completion-doc templates from the PM catalog, and filters as its own type.
