Expand LifecycleStatus (EnRoute, OnSite, Rescheduled, Pending, PendingQuote) and WorkOrderType (Reactive, AddOn) to match the frontend prototype. Add FE label round-trip via LifecycleStatusMapper/WorkOrderTypeMapper, update derived fields, mutation rules and board unscheduled filter, and reactivate [Authorize] on WorkOrderController.
