Add lowercase route aliases for all controllers

- services/api.js uses lowercase routes (/api/workorders, /api/employees, etc.)
- Add matching [Route] attributes to WorkOrder, Employee, Contact, Account, FollowUp, PMSchedule controllers
- Add [HttpGet("{id:int}")] to WorkOrderController for REST-style get by ID
