adam 1b0fbafc98 fix: bump @vitest/coverage-v8 to 4.1.10 alongside vitest 
vitest@4.1.10 peer-depends on @vitest/coverage-v8@4.x. This PR only bumped
vitest, leaving coverage-v8 at 3.2.7 — causing npm ci to fail with an
invalid peer dependency. Also adds coverage-v8 where it was missing so
every workspace package declares both at matching versions.
