Summary

Delete .github/dependabot.yml to disable automated Dependabot PRs. This repo is pending deprecation and no longer needs dependency update automation.

Closes #75

Validation

Confirmed the file exists only at .github/dependabot.yml and its removal won't affect other workflows. The dependency-review workflow is in a separate file and remains unaffected.

Tests

No tests needed — this is a config-only removal.
