Summary

Adds a new Lambda (seahaven-workorder-sync) that scans WorkOrders and WorkOrderComments DynamoDB tables (owned by workorder-ingest), converts each work order + comment history to markdown, and uploads to S3 under work-orders/
New CDK construct with EventBridge daily cron at 02:00 UTC and IAM grants for DynamoDB read on both tables, S3 read/write, and Bedrock StartIngestionJob
Enables the Slack bot to answer questions about Amazon APM work orders

Test plan

Deploy stack with npx cdk deploy
Manually invoke seahaven-workorder-sync Lambda
Verify markdown files appear in S3 under work-orders/ prefix (1,942 WOs synced, 0 failures)
Verify KB ingestion job starts successfully (11,231 docs, 0 failures)
Ask the Slack bot a work-order-related question and confirm it retrieves relevant data
