Summary

Adds a new Lambda (seahaven-po-sync) that scans the purchase-orders DynamoDB table (owned by po-ingest), converts each PO to markdown, and uploads to S3 under purchase-orders/
New CDK construct with EventBridge daily cron at 02:00 UTC and IAM grants for DynamoDB read, S3 read/write, and Bedrock StartIngestionJob
Enables the Slack bot to answer questions about Coupa purchase orders

Test plan

Deploy stack with npx cdk deploy
Manually invoke seahaven-po-sync Lambda
Verify markdown files appear in S3 under purchase-orders/ prefix (9,279 POs synced, 0 failures)
Verify KB ingestion job starts successfully (11,231 docs, 0 failures)
Ask the Slack bot a PO-related question and confirm it retrieves relevant data
