Summary

Adds a scheduled Lambda (seahaven-notion-sync) that pulls all pages from the Office Operations Notion teamspace, converts them to markdown, and uploads to the KB S3 bucket under a notion/ prefix
Triggers a Bedrock KB ingestion job after each sync so content is immediately indexed
Runs daily at 02:00 UTC via EventBridge
Notion integration token stored in Secrets Manager at seahaven/notion/api-key

Manual Lambda invocation — 10 pages synced from Office Operations, 0 failures

Verify ingestion job completes and content is queryable via Slack bot
Confirm daily EventBridge rule fires at 02:00 UTC

Post-deploy setup (already done)

Set Notion integration token in Secrets Manager → seahaven/notion/api-key
Ensure Notion integration is connected to the Office Operations teamspace
