After documents are uploaded to S3 (see issue #1), trigger the Bedrock Knowledge Base ingestion job to index them into OpenSearch Serverless.

aws bedrock-agent start-ingestion-job \
  --knowledge-base-id LSDCNHTH6O \
  --data-source-id Y0GK8GHTKK \
  --region us-east-1

Or trigger from the AWS console: Bedrock → Knowledge Bases → seahaven-kb → Sync

Follow-up: Consider adding a scheduled EventBridge rule for automatic nightly syncs so new documents are indexed without manual intervention.
