Adam Moussa	50da33712b	Set explicit arm64 platform on Docker image build (#30 ) fromAsset() builds for the host architecture by default. feat: Alex rollout — persona, Socket Mode, payments, channels, App Home, unanswered questions

- Rename bot to Alex with friendly/professional persona (Bedrock Agent instruction rewrite)
