Adam Moussa d8faee7b62 Fix footer layout: restore 4-column grid on desktop 
The Elementor CSS custom property chain for --width wasn't resolving
correctly on the static site. Added explicit flex layout rules for
the footer columns (25% on desktop, 48% on tablet).
