Adam Moussa cb9ece7d36 Add SEO fundamentals, CloudFront cache invalidation, and cleanup

- Add .gitignore, robots.txt, and sitemap.xml
- Add meta descriptions and Open Graph/Twitter Card tags to all pages
- Add CloudFront invalidation step to deploy workflow
- Remove default WordPress hello-world page
