Strip unused WordPress/Elementor JS from static site

Remove ~35-40 script tags per page (jQuery, jQuery UI, jQuery Migrate,
Elementor frontend/pro, ElementsKit, MetForm + React stack, WP emoji
polyfill, WP hooks/i18n, SmartMenus, Simple Job Board, etc.) that serve
no purpose on a statically exported site.

Replace with a ~40-line vanilla JS snippet that preserves scroll-reveal
animations (IntersectionObserver) and counter count-up effects.
