Remove WordPress API, feed, and oEmbed links from all pages

Strip RSS/Atom feed links, wp-json API endpoints, EditURI/xmlrpc,
shortlink, and oEmbed discovery links that serve no purpose on
a static site and expose the old WordPress stack.
