Add CI workflow (#17)

* Add CI workflow

* Fix TypeScript compilation for CI

Add types: ["node"] to tsconfig so tsc resolves Node.js globals
(console, process, __dirname). Add @aws-sdk/client-ssm and
source-map-support as devDependencies for type resolution.
