feat(frontend): add Stampli visual-parity chrome (AP-22) (#10) 
Rebuild the mock SPA shell to match the live Stampli product map (header, module rail, invoice/payment tabs, stubs) and add a Sea Haven brand flag for AP-23 cutover.

Sea Haven AP

Internal accounts payable automation for Sea Haven Industries (ap.seahaven.com).

Local development

npm ci
cp .env.example .env   # optional; defaults already use mocks
npm run dev

App serves at http://localhost:3000. VITE_USE_MOCKS=true is the default data path until the API is wired (src/mocks).

Verify

npm run verify
npm run test:e2e
