CI and deploy both run on Node 24; @types/node was stale at ^22. Dependabot proposed jumping to ^25 (#2), but Node 25 is a non-LTS, non-Lambda release ahead of the runtime. Pinning to ^24 to match. Build + cdk synth verified clean.
