Adam Moussa 77989d1983 Switch from ring group to queue API for extension 801 
3CX extension 801 was converted from a ring group to a queue,
so the XAPI calls need to use Queues endpoints instead of RingGroups.
Also adds samconfig.toml for streamlined deploys.
