Merge origin/main into feat/api-concurrency-audit 
Post-#224/#225-squash sync. Conflicts were squash restatement (this
branch already contains #223–#225 content beneath Phase 6): kept this
branch's versions throughout; README hand-merged (main's Mobile 0.86
fact-fix + our count-agnostic .NET row). Real incoming changes were
the #220 docs/meta files and README/CLAUDE fact fixes only.
