Adam Moussa 6357fcdc2f chore: disable auto-deploy workflows (manual dispatch only) ... Remove push-to-main triggers from deploy.yaml (backend/CDK) and deploy-mobile.yaml (iOS/TestFlight), leaving workflow_dispatch only. CDK is not yet deployed; pausing auto-deploy until ready.
