Adam Moussa 091a5da385 chore: disable auto-deploy workflows (manual dispatch only) (#167) ... Remove push-to-main triggers from deploy.yaml (backend/CDK) and deploy-mobile.yaml (iOS/TestFlight), leaving workflow_dispatch only. CDK is not yet deployed; pausing auto-deploy until ready.
