Remove push-to-main triggers from deploy.yaml (backend/CDK) and deploy-mobile.yaml (iOS/TestFlight), leaving workflow_dispatch only. CDK is not yet deployed; pausing auto-deploy until ready. Revert this PR to re-enable.
