Merge origin/main into feat/web-domain-layering 
Post-#222-squash sync. Conflicts were squash-merge noise (#221/#222
content exists in both histories as different commits): kept this
branch's domain-layer restructure everywhere, kept the lib/api
lineItems/sites deletions, kept @hookform/resolvers. Only real
incoming change: the web postinstall CI fix from #222.
