6-domain audit (API, web, mobile, lambdas, infra, QA) with fixes:
API security: scope internal API key middleware to allowed paths only,
return 401 on invalid key instead of falling through, remove unvalidated
JWT code path, sanitize error messages, add UpdateProposal validator,
remove status field from UpdateProposalRequest to prevent over-posting,
log swallowed exceptions in ProposalService.
Infrastructure: enforce SSL on all S3 buckets, encrypt SQS queues,
enable optional MFA on Cognito, add API Gateway access logging.
Lambdas: fix _retry_request undefined variable across all 4 Lambdas,
re-raise exceptions in pdf-extract/pdf-generate instead of swallowing,
add idempotency guard to suggestions Lambda.
Web: add ErrorBoundary, add auth loading state to ProtectedRoute,
add mutation error toasts in AdminWorkspace, fix dead Cognito link.
Mobile: add mutex to offline queue processing, distinguish permanent
vs retryable failures, register all screens for both roles, log sync
errors.
Swagger/OpenAPI: add Swashbuckle with JWT bearer security definition,
add ProducesResponseType attributes to key endpoints.
Includes AUDIT-REPORT.md with complete findings and CLAUDE.md project
instructions.
Pin React to 19.2.3 (exact version RN 0.85.3's bundled renderer
requires — 19.2.6 caused "Cannot read property 'default' of
undefined" crash at getPaperRenderer).
Auth: fall back to parsing user info from Cognito ID token when
backend API is unreachable, removing the hard dependency on
localhost:5000 for credential login.
UI fixes:
- Safe area insets on Settings screen (top edge was missing)
- Separate refresh indicator from filter-triggered loading on
proposal queue (chips no longer trigger pull-to-refresh animation)
- Dashboard welcome shows first name instead of full email
- Dashboard/AdminDashboard remove duplicate top safe area when
navigation header already provides it
- Service category selector uses wrapping chips instead of
cramped SegmentedButtons
- Add ErrorBoundary to App root for crash visibility

Xcode project with bundle ID com.seahavenind.proposals,
CocoaPods configuration, and app scaffolding.
* Add Fastlane configuration for iOS builds and TestFlight distribution
Configures match with S3 storage (seahaven-ios-certificates bucket)
for code signing and a beta lane for automated TestFlight uploads.
* Add mobile CI job and iOS CD workflow (disabled)
CI: adds mobile typecheck job on PRs.
CD: deploy-mobile.yaml builds and uploads to TestFlight via
Fastlane on a macOS runner with OIDC auth for match S3 access.

* Refactor workflows to thin wrappers calling org reusable workflows
CI jobs now call ci-dotnet, ci-typescript-cdk, and ci-python-sam
from the org repo. Deploy calls cd-cdk with post-deploy script
for web build/S3/CloudFront. Mobile deploy calls cd-mobile-ios.
Adds deploy concurrency groups to both deploy workflows.

Add npm and bundler ecosystems for mobile/. Remove assignees
from all entries — convention no longer in use.

Fix tsconfig.json (remove rootDir/outDir, add noEmit), fix useRef

* Add .npmrc for mobile to resolve peer dependency conflicts
react-native-screens@4.x requires react-native >= 0.82 but the
project uses 0.79. legacy-peer-deps allows installation until
the next React Native upgrade.
