Summary

Replaces README.md with a deprecation notice: repo deprecated and archived 2026-07-14
Documents that the security-review gate/sweep subsystem moved to Sea-Haven-Industries/security-review on 2026-06-29
Documents that cross-family (GPT-4.1) review now runs via cross_review.py in that repo, and automated security sweeps run as Claude Code web cloud routines
Removes security-review/ — a stale diverged duplicate of the standalone Sea-Haven-Industries/security-review repo
.security-review/ (repo-local suppressions), run.py, and other Python code are untouched — full history preserved

Test plan

CI (ruff lint/format + pytest --collect-only) — unaffected by README/doc-only + non-Python directory removal
Pre-push security scan (scanners-only) ran clean: 0 confirmed critical/high, 4 pre-suppressed false positives
