Problem

On the agent-team status dashboard, the task detail panel (TaskDrawer) and its status/history timeline only update when you click the task again. While a task is open in the drawer, its phase/status and transition history go stale until you re-select it.

Desired behavior

While a task is open in the drawer, its status and history panel should auto-update as the task progresses (new phase, gate state change, new transition rows) without the user re-clicking the task.

Notes / pointers

Frontend: agent-team/web/src/components/TaskDrawer.tsx, the fetchTask(threadId) call in agent-team/web/src/api.ts (/api/task/{id}).
The board/topology already poll /api/state; the open drawer should similarly poll /api/task/{threadId} (or refetch on the same interval) and re-render, ideally diffing so the panel doesn't flicker.
Keep it read-only and cheap; respect the existing polling cadence.

Acceptance

With a task drawer open, advancing the task on the box updates the drawer's status + history timeline within one poll interval, no manual re-click.
