Schedules the read-only Plane-1 checker coordinator on the box nightly (~03:30 UTC, after the secrev sweep). Adds COORDINATOR_SKIP_ROLES so unprovisioned roles (aws-posture: needs IAM Roles Anywhere; confluence-doc: needs the confluence-bot token) are dropped from the registry entirely. Deployed + enabled on the box (deploy-before-merge): canary 4/4 with the skip, timer scheduled. Cross-plane loop (findings→draft-PR) follows the P3 smoke test.
