Retargets the apply/verify build-test from the generic root pytest (which needs live API keys on this repo) to the self-contained agent-team subproject suite — what the repo's green ci / subproject-tests already runs. Author-fixed command (no dispatch input → no injection surface). Unblocks the first live smoke test. 1044 tests, ruff clean, YAML valid.
