Fetch the title/body fresh from the GitHub API on every run (never cached) so edits to the title/description are reflected on re-reviews, and inject them into the first-review, re-review, and finding-reply contexts as an untrusted-data block (author-controlled text, guarded against prompt injection). * Harden PR overview escaping against whitespace-padded closing tags		2026-06-01 21:06:19 +00:00
