* feat: add UI hotkey wiring and Cmd/Ctrl+B sidebar toggle Add a reusable useHotkey hook for registering global keyboard shortcuts (with 'mod' resolving to Cmd on macOS, Ctrl elsewhere), and wire up the first shortcut: mod+b toggles the left sidebar.
