PO pagination: Purchase orders table now shows 20 items per page with page navigation (1, 2, 3...) and range indicator (1–20 of 150)
Full data loading: loadPOs() fetches all pages via cursor pagination instead of capping at 200
Search integration: PO search filters the full dataset and resets to page 1
GSI client_id fix: Load Google Identity Services script dynamically after config.js sets GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID, and fall back to config.js value when /auth/config returns empty
Null reference fix: Guard against missing fallback-btn element
