* Upgrade to TypeScript ~6.0.3 Adds "types": ["node"] to tsconfig.json — required by TS 6 to resolve Node globals like path and __dirname. Uses tilde pin since TS doesn't follow semver. * Regenerate lockfile with npm 11.14.0 Fixes corrupted peer:true flags on direct dependencies caused by npm <11.6.3 bug (npm/cli#8690).
