Summary

Migrates the CDK app runner from ts-node to tsx so TypeScript 7 can be adopted. ts-node 10.x is incompatible with the TS7 compiler API: cdk synth fails with Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'fileExists'). Mirrors the working tsx setup already in the org's sh-mcp repo.

Changes

cdk.json: app runner npx ts-node --prefer-ts-exts bin/exec-aide.ts -> npx tsx bin/exec-aide.ts (bin path unchanged; --prefer-ts-exts is a ts-node flag, not needed by tsx).
package.json: remove ts-node; add tsx pinned to 4.23.0 (same pin as sh-mcp); bump typescript ~6.0.3 -> ~7.0.2.
package-lock.json: regenerated.

Verification

npx cdk synth --quiet -> exit 0 (previously failed under ts-node + TS7).
npm run build (tsc) -> exit 0.
npm audit -> 0 vulnerabilities.
Pre-push security scanners -> RESULT: PASS.
