Summary

fetch-classify has been failing 100% of invocations since 2026-05-05 (~300 silent failures/day) — found during the Day 5 audit remediation (H-8). Three stacked failures: typing_extensions missing from the bundle (INIT crash), the DynamoDB reserved keyword ttl used unaliased in three UpdateExpressions, and the Haiku 4.5 classification model never enabled in Bedrock model access (fixed account-side, no code change).

Validation

Deployed from this branch (deploy-before-merge) at 2026-06-03.
Manual invoke after each layer: import fixed → 290 classification fallbacks (model access) → access enabled → ttl ValidationException → aliased → {"processed": 1, "errors": 0}.

Tests

No automated tests in this repo for the email pipeline; validated by live invocation as above.

Notes

Deploy also reconciled 15 commits of pending main drift (Dependabot bumps + SocketMode TaskDef).
Bedrock model agreement for anthropic.claude-haiku-4-5 accepted 2026-06-03 — account-level, not in this diff.
exec-aide-reminder (H-9 dead Lambda) intentionally untouched; removal deferred.
