Summary

Remove buildspec.yml and pipeline.yaml — deploys now run via GitHub Actions OIDC (cd-cdk.yaml). The CodePipeline CloudFormation stack and its IAM roles have been deleted from AWS.

Validation

GitHub Actions deploy workflow confirmed working on push to main
CodePipeline stack (exec-aide-pipeline) deleted via aws cloudformation delete-stack

Tests

No functional changes — removing unused files only.
