Looks good. Only call sites are
ulid.new()insrc/shared/dynamo.pyandsrc/conversation/tools.py; python-ulid 3.x's breaking changes (stricterfrom_strvalidation,TypeErrorinstead ofValueErroron bad input types) don't affect that API, so this bump is safe.LGTM — straightforward dependency bump for python-ulid. The 2.0 → 3.1 jump includes a behavior change (monotonic sort order for ULIDs generated within the same millisecond now increments randomness by 1 bit per spec), but this is the spec-compliant behavior and shouldn't affect callers that just need unique, time-sortable IDs.
