Summary

Allow Adam to request a digest at any time by messaging the Exec Aide Slack bot (e.g. "send me a digest", "digest", "summary").

Implementation

In listener/app.py, detect digest-related messages
Invoke the exec-aide-daily-digest Lambda via boto3 Lambda client
Reply in-thread with confirmation or the digest results
Add lambda:InvokeFunction permission to the Fargate task role for the daily-digest Lambda

Context

The listener currently returns a placeholder response. This would be the first real conversational feature.
