Live in seahaven-prod under HCP workspace `apm-wo-analysis-prod` (PLAT-75, 2026-09-16).
Classification logic is unchanged. Mgmt CDK stacks `apm-wo-analysis-pipeline` and

GitHub Actions `deploy.yaml` on `main` (Environment `prod`) owns Lambda zips and
`grafana-config/` sync. HCP auto-apply stays off until the scoped plan is clean.
Decommissioned 2026-09-29 (PLAT-75). The seahaven-prod stack is destroyed, including
both S3 buckets, the Grafana host, its volume and snapshots, and the DNS aliases.
The management-account archive bucket `apm-wo-analysis-exports-328440206208` is
deleted. The HCP workspace `apm-wo-analysis-prod` is deleted. The Slack app
APM Work Orders (`A0B6P28V64B`) is deleted. GitHub Actions are disabled and this
repository is archived.
