Employees and admins can pick, drop, swap, and manage coverage through GET/POST/DELETE /api/shifts. Roster PUT accepts optional email for portal identity. Slack slash commands and App Home admin modals stay in place. Co-authored-by: adam <adam@seahavenind.com>
