Organization profile README — visible to org members

Adam Moussa e6b05e1c6a INFRA-60: refresh stale org profile README inventory (#2) ... Remove 4 nonexistent repos (ring-scheduler-3cx, workorder-ingest, po-ingest, expense-approval-bot) and add the live repos that were omitted, so the org landing page matches the actual repo inventory from the 2026-06-04 GitHub org audit. Added: meal-order-manager, procurement-ingest, apm-wo-analysis, proposal-system, shoc-backend, shoc-frontend-new, seahaven-account-baseline, front-integrations, forgejo, file-share, .github-private.
